PHASE I: RESTORING PHYSICAL BALANCE
The Detox program begins with our signature detoxifying body treatment. You will first undergo a dry brush treatment to exfoliate the skin surface followed by  a massage that activates the lymphatic and immune systems and stimulates interstitial fluid circulation. This treatment has numerous effects on the body which include detoxification of the body, relief of chronic and subacute inflammatory diseases such as the flu, sinusitis and symptoms of chronic fatigue and  fibromyalgia. This treatment also results in deep relaxation and aids in relieving stress, insomnia and loss of vitality.

PHASE II: RESTORING NUTRITIONAL BALANCE
What you put in your body affects your over all well being. We begin with state of the art body composition analysis to determine the clients body fat, total body water, and muscle mass. Clients will spend two sessions with our nutrition counselor where a customized meal plan will be developed to meet individual nutrition goals and needs.

PHASE III: RESTORING CHEMICAL BALANCE
Clients will be given a 30 Day Detox Kit. Our kit combines 3 carefully formulated homeopathic formulas to relieve symptoms of illness caused by an unbalance diet, unhealthy lifestyle, & exposure to environmental toxins. The Detox Kit works by stimulating the body’s natural process of elimination to cleanse itself of toxins which can build up over time and negatively affect the immune system. The Detox Kit utilizes formulas specifically designed to target the organs of detoxification and thereby stimulate their capacity to excrete accumulated substances.

PHASE IV: RESTORING SPIRITUAL BALANCE
Our Detoxification program is concluded with a session with our Life Coach. For the client committed to personal growth and making the lives exactly what they want it to be, Life Coaching is essential.
